These are the common settings for setting up both POP and IMAP email accounts:

User Name: Is your email address

Password: Your email address password. [ Do not guess this, if you are unsure please phone us ]

Incoming mail server: soul.blue-earth.co.uk - IMAP: Port 993 - POP3: Port 995

Outgoing mail server: soul.blue-earth.co.uk - SMTP: Port 465

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

SSL should be on.

These are true whether you have just a blue-earth.co.uk email address, or your own domain i.e bob.com

These settings are not for blue-earth.com email addresses.
